- Are there any hidden fees?
- No hidden fees. The price you see in the calculator is exactly what you'll pay. This includes processing, printing, USPS postage costs, and applicable tax.
- When do you charge my card?
- We charge your card immediately after you submit your order. You have 1 hour to cancel for a full refund before printing begins.
- Can I get a refund?
- Full refunds are available within 1 hour of submission, before printing begins. After printing starts, we cannot offer refunds as the mail has entered the USPS system.
